Each month brings a new theme, drink, bake, art print, sticker, suprise and story — all designed to help you slow down and enjoy the little things.
🎁 How the Gift Subscription Works
1️⃣ Choose “Gift Plan” — Select the 6-Month Gift option.
2️⃣ Add your recipient’s name and address at checkout.
3️⃣ We handle the rest! Their cozy mail will arrive beautifully packed, with a note saying it’s a gift from you.
4️⃣ No renewals, no surprises — gift subscriptions are prepaid and end automatically after 6 months.
It’s a simple, thoughtful way to send warmth and creativity through the mail — a perfect surprise for birthdays, holidays or just because.
FAQ
How does billing work? (charged monthly)
If you choose the Monthly Plan, you’ll be charged automatically each month on the same day you subscribed.
For Prepaid Plans (6-Month or 1-Year), you’ll pay the full amount upfront — no renewals or surprises unless you decide to continue later.
For example, if you join on the 17th, your payment will recur every month on the 17th.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes! You can manage your subscription easily through your Customer Portal.
Pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime before your next billing date — no hidden fees or fine print.
When will my first Snail Mail arrive?
Each month’s Snail Mail has its own cozy theme and ships once a month.
For example; To receive the November Snail Mail, make sure to subscribe before November 10.
All monthly envelopes are carefully packed and sent out around the 15th of each month.
So if you subscribe after the 10th, your first Snail Mail will be part of the next month’s batch — we’ll make sure it’s worth the wait! 💌
Can I change my address or payment method?
Absolutely! Log in to your Customer Portal to update your shipping address or payment details anytime.
Just make sure to do so before the next billing date to ensure your next delivery arrives at the right place.
Do I get different items every month?
Yes — every Snail Mail is a new surprise!

How long does shipping take?
