About the Snail Mail Membership
What is the Snail Mail Membership?
The No Barista Mail Club is a monthly subscription by No Barista Required — a cozy mail experience designed to help you slow down and enjoy the little things.
Every month, you’ll receive a carefully packed envelope with:
- A double-sided recipe card (one cozy drink + one sweet bake)
- A 5x7 art print
- A matching sticker
- A handwritten storytelling letter
- A small creative surprise
Each piece is lovingly designed to bring warmth, creativity, and a moment of calm to your day — no screens, no rush, just a cozy moment for yourself.

Each month, you’ll receive a cozy envelope filled with:

Do I get something different every month?
Yes — every Snail Mail is a new surprise!
Each month features a new cozy drink & bake recipe, an art print, a sticker, a creative surprise, and a storytelling letter with a new theme.
Do you have a gluten free/dairy free/vegan option?
Yes! We offer a vegan-friendly and dairy-free option that keeps all the cozy flavors without compromise.
Simply leave a note at checkout or select the “Vegan/Dairy-Free” option (coming soon as a clickable choice!) — we’ll make sure your recipes and treats match your preferences. 🌿
Can I join anytime, or are there limited spots?
You can join anytime for now there are no limeted spots! So feel free to sign up.
To receive the next month’s mail, subscribe before the 10th — I ship it out around the 15th.
For example — to receive the November Snail Mail, make sure to subscribe before November 10.
I pack and ship all November envelopes around the 15th of November.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your first cozy letter will be part of the December batch — it’ll be worth the wait! 💌

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide at no extra cost.
Whether you live in Amsterdam, Tokyo, or Toronto — your Snail Mail will find its way to you.
Is shipping free?

Shipping is always included in your membership price — no hidden fees, no surprises.
When will my first Snail Mail arrive?
Each month’s Snail Mail has its own cozy theme and ships once a month.
For example; To receive the November Snail Mail, make sure to subscribe before November 10.
All monthly envelopes are carefully packed and sent out around the 15th of each month.
So if you subscribe after the 10th, your first Snail Mail will be part of the next month’s batch — we’ll make sure it’s worth the wait! 💌
How are items packaged?
Each Snail Mail is lovingly hand-packed in an envelope — simple, charming, and made to feel like a real letter from a friend. All materials are chosen with care.
You’ll find your recipe card, art print, sticker, and storytelling letter nestled safely — ready to brighten your day when you open it. ✨
Because every envelope travels the world the cozy, old-fashioned way, you might notice a few little smudges or marks — I like to think of them as part of the charm. ✉️💛
But if your Snail Mail arrives damaged or torn, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
Can I track my delivery?
Because Snail Mail ships as a letter (to keep shipping costs free worldwide 🌍), tracking isn’t available.
But don’t worry — they’re sent through priority international mail and most arrive within:
- 3–7 business days within Europe
- Up to 2–3 weeks internationally
Billing & Subscriptions
How does billing work for subscriptions?
That depends on your plan:
Monthly Plan: charged automatically each month on your sign-up date.
6-Month & 1-Year Plans: charged upfront at checkout, so you can relax — no renewals until you decide to resubscribe. You'll get an e-mail when your pre-paid plan is almost over.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime! Log in to your Customer Portal to pause, skip a month, or cancel before your next billing date.
No hidden fees — just flexibility to fit your cozy lifestyle.
How do I update my payment method or address?
Easy! You can update your payment details or change your shipping address through your Customer Portal at any time.
Be sure to do it before the 10th of the month to ensure your next Snail Mail arrives at the right place.
What happens when my plan ends?
If you’re on a prepaid plan (6 months or 1 year), it simply ends automatically — no surprise renewals.
I'll send you a friendly reminder when it’s almost over, so you can choose whether to continue your cozy mail moments.
Gifting Options
Can I send a Snail Mail Membership as a gift?
Absolutely! It’s one of my favorite things. 🎁
Choose the Gift Plan and enter your recipient’s name and address at checkout. I’ll handle the rest — their first Snail Mail will arrive beautifully packed, with a note letting them know it’s from you.

Will the gift renew automatically?
No — gift subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
Once the gifted months are over, the subscription simply ends.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes! You can add a short note at checkout, and I’ll include it in their first Snail Mail — handwritten and full of charm.
Do you send digital gift cards?
Coming soon! Digital gift cards will be available soon for those who prefer to gift instantly (perfect for last-minute cozy surprises). 💌
Account & Customer Portal
How do I access my customer portal?
After subscribing, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your Customer Portal.
From there, you can manage your plan, update your details, or view past orders anytime.
You can always find it besides the checkoutbag and the searchloop at the right top of the menu.
Can I see my past shipments or invoices?
Yes — they’re all visible in your Customer Portal for easy access and peace of mind.
How do I change my plan or skip a month?
In your Customer Portal, you can switch plans (e.g., from Monthly to 6-Month) or skip a shipment when you need a break.
Everything stays flexible and simple.
